TEA EXPERIMENT
a space where science, culture, and people come together to regenerate and protect the land

What is this project about?

Regenerative farming + ecotourism + sustainable business models

We want to make a Tea House and a tea plantation inside of regenerative ecosystem:

  • protect the coastline from erosion
  • be more resilient to floods
  • restore soil health and biodiversity
  • grow new types of tea
  • promote sustainable tourism
  • support education and innovation
Technology to improve the land
syntropic agroforestry
A regenerative farming method that mimics natural forest systems to restore soil, boost biodiversity, and grow food in harmony with nature.
biophilic
design
An architectural approach that connects people with nature through natural materials, light, greenery, and organic forms to improve well-being and sustainability.
permaculture
A design philosophy for creating self-sustaining ecosystems that integrate land, people, and resources in a way that’s efficient and resilient.
natural
buildings
Structures made from locally-sourced, low-impact materials like clay, straw, and wood — blending comfort, beauty, and ecological responsibility.
BUSINESS MODEL

We are going to fund this project by implementing principles of the circular economy and sustainable business and promote the local economy. In this way we will create unique tourist object that will showcase biophilic architecture, permaculture principles and promote an ecologically sustainable way of living where nature and people are not enemies but benefit each other. TEA FARM that will include:

  • Tea Plantation
+30000 sq meter organic tea plantation
  • Tea House
Main building for cerving tea and where shop will be located
  • Tea LAB
A multifunctional space that houses technical facilities for producing tea, research, workshops and events.
  • Tree Houses
Suspended natural building treehouses that offer private Chinese tea experiences or short-term stays.
  • Tea Shop
Offering premium tea, pottery, sustainable, organic, and local products.
Tea House

At the heart of the project is our Tea House Lab — a space where science, culture, and biophilic design come together to show how farming, community, and climate action can thrive in harmony.
